There are peaks and valleys in everyone’s life. At your lowest points sometimes you need someone to help you make sense of what’s happening and help you through it. During this time, it’s imporant to find someone that you feel safe and comfortable with. Someone that is compassionate and non-judgemental to help you with the stresses that you’re going through. My approach to therapy is to help you thrive by utilizing your strengths to get through the challenges of life as well as discover the hidden patterns that that hold you back. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients during their most vulnerable of moments.

I work with individuals to identify dysfunctional reoccurring patterns that are holding you back, and help you change the way you look at yourself and relate to others in a healthier way. I also focus on stress management and helping you create a healthy balance in your life.
I work with couples to develop increased intimacy, communication and connectedness in their relationships, utilizing attachment theory to bring couples closer together. Helping couples to understand each other and communicate better is the foundation for a healthy, intimate and fulfilling relationship.
I am competent in treating alcohol and drug dependency and co-occurring mood disorders, including anxiety, depression and bipolar episodes. I help clients discover the deeper roots of their addiction in order to address their core issues, which in turn will help them succeed in their recovery. I also address how chemical dependency affects the family and the role they play in the addiction pattern.
